Proyecto Pastoral serves as the backbone organization for Promesa Boyle Heights, a collaborative of 22+ schools, community organizations, and residents working together to build a cradle-to-college-and-career pipeline that supports every youth in Boyle Heights. The Community Schools (CS) model is currently implemented at five schools, impacting 4,500 students and their families: Felicitas & Gonzalo Mendez High School, Theodore Roosevelt Senior High School, Hollenbeck Middle School, First Street Elementary School, and Sheridan Street Elementary School.

Additional efforts include College & Career-focused initiatives, a Wellness Campaign and Wellness Series, and an effort to build parent leadership and capacity in East LA.
