Adam M. Greenwald, MBA, is a seasoned fundraising consultant with more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. He specializes in donor relations, fundraising campaign management, and strategic communication, partnering with organizations to achieve their fundraising goals and maximize their impact.
As Vice President of Development at Aviva Family and Children's Services, Adam led all fundraising activities, including cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual, foundation, and corporate donors. He also played a crucial role in securing volunteer support for agency initiatives. As an executive senior leadership team member, he actively contributed to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts and performance quality improvement initiatives, aligning organizational goals with community impact.
Adam’s academic credentials include an MBA from Arizona State University, a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, a Certificate in Fundraising from New York University, and a BA in Psychology and History of Art from Brandeis University. Additionally, he has completed a professional mentoring program in major gifts training, further enhancing his expertise in donor development.
Adam currently serves on his alma mater's alumni association board, supporting initiatives that foster community and engagement among alumni. Passionate about advancing social justice and supporting the nonprofit sector, Adam also brings a personal touch to his work, drawing inspiration from his life as a proud father and advocate.
In his free time, he enjoys exploring Southern California with his fiancé, spending time with his grown children, and cheering on the Dodgers.
